Action Items
Visit one for-profit sponsored social network and one
non-profit sponsored social network.
Review and examine the offerings at each site.
Compare and contrast the organizational objectives that each
site appears to be pursuing. How is the for-profit company using
community-building technologies as a customer relations management tool?
Create an 5 - 10 slide electronic presentation of your
findings, including screen shots, and include references and any necessary
appendices (i.e., organizational charts, graphs, etc.).
